Your Order is Final

Once your order enters our system, it is locked for processing. Selecting the correct model and color at checkout is essential, as no modifications or cancellations can be applied afterward.

What You Need to Do After Ordering

All shipments are handled and dispatched from our warehouse. During peak periods, such as holidays and sale events, plan for additional handling time.

As soon as your package leaves the warehouse, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details is sent to you. The final shipping cost is calculated based on the package weight and your delivery address.

Your Package is on the Way

Tracking the progress of your shipment is your sole responsibility. You must submit any required documentation or information directly to the customs authority or courier service. If a delivery fails or the package is returned to BlackPrideWears because you did not follow up or provide the necessary notifications, a free refund or replacement cannot be issued. In such cases, placing a new order will be necessary.

Your local post office or a local courier will handle the final delivery. If you are not available to receive the package, a notice card will likely be left, providing instructions for collection.

International Orders: Your Financial Responsibilities

For all international orders, you are the party responsible for any customs duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are not covered by BlackPrideWears.

When the parcel reaches your country, the local customs office determines and imposes import taxes, duties, and related fees. Payment of these charges falls entirely on you as the recipient.

If your credit card account uses a currency other than US Dollars, your bank may apply a different exchange rate and a foreign currency transaction fee. These fees are dictated by your bank's policies. BlackPrideWears has no control over these charges. While our store prices may display in your local currency, the checkout process is conducted in USD. All transactions are processed in USD through Paypal or Stripe.

Delivery and Customs: Your Role

You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations to ensure your ordered items are not restricted. BlackPrideWears cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into your country.

Customs clearance procedures may require you to provide additional documents, which can extend the estimated delivery time.

Attempting to Change or Cancel

To request a change or cancellation, you must contact us immediately. A brief window exists before warehouse processing begins. However, once the warehouse has processed your order, or if it has already been packed and shipped, no changes or cancellations are possible.
